Skincare, makeup and earring items correctly supplied by Zahaa as per order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to hygienic reasons

For damaged or broken items received, kindly notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damaged items if we are not notified timeously
